Another NFT Lawsuit

Another NFT lawsuit anyone. Nike sued online sneaker reseller StockX over images of Nike sneakers StockX sells as NFTs. StockX says the NFTs represent an ownership interest in an actual pair of sneakers that StockX holds in their vault. The StockX NFT makes it easy for sneaker investors (there is such a thing) to trade sneakers.

The court will have a tough time with this one I think.
