Supporting the FSHD Global Research Foundation

A Bucket List item done tonight – I got to be the auctioneer of an NFT artwork while wearing a Liberace jacket (I have very specific Bucket List items). We raised $30,000 for . FSHD is rare form of muscular dystrophy which robs sufferers of their ability to walk, talk, smile, blink or even eat.

There is no government funding for FSHD research so the money tonight goes towards buying a diagnostics machine because the current tech used in Australia for diagnosis is from the 1970s.

Congratulations to the amazing artist who donated the art piece, Kerry Armstrong also thanks to the sponsors of the night Zerocap and Pellar Technology Pty Ltd

I got to be on stage with the terrific JAMIE DURIE OAM. I had to wear a jacket with some sparkle to even register on stage up against Jamie’s megawatt smile 😀

Please support FSHD if you can.

Thanks to Emma Weatherley Natalie Cooney Danielle Thomson Trent Barnes Pras Indrakumar Roy Hui and the Studio Gallery Group for their amazing work for this important cause.
